Comprehensive Initial Exam

Medicare rebate: $30-$60.

Please allow up to 30-45 minutes for your eye examination.

Contact Lens Consultation

Includes:

  • Vision testing with prescription check for glasses and contact lenses

  • Comprehensive anterior eye assessment and selection of suitable contact lens.

  • Contact lens teaching and demonstration of how to wear and care for contact lenses

  • Price includes one fitting and one aftercare appointment

Additional aftercare appointments are $55 each.

Medicare rebate available for high prescriptions, please enquire within.

Myopia Management Initial Exam

Includes:

  • Vision testing with prescription check for glasses

  • Binocular vision check

  • Front and back eye health check with pupil dilation

  • Oculus Myopia Master axial length biometer scan for myopic progression and risk analysis

  • Corneal topography scan for Orthokeratology suitability

Ocular Coherence Tomography

The OCT scan allows visualisation of the structures such as the cornea and retina to uncover sight threatening diseases. These diseases are often undetected because they are hidden beneath the retinal surface and is not visible to the naked eye. No radiation is involved.

Corneal Topography

+$50

This technology produces a detailed visual description of the shape and power of the cornea. It provides very fine details regarding the corneal surface for use in contact lens fitting, and the diagnosis and monitoring of various corneal conditions.

Oculus Myopia Master Axial Length Ocular Biometry

+$50

This measures the entire length of the eye. It is a valuable measurement in monitoring the success of myopia treatments.
